Walking Barefoot Might Be Crucial for Your Good Health… So go ahead… kick your shoes off.

New research revisits a practice called earthing or just another word for walking around barefoot.  You can also achieve similar results simply by putting yourself in direct contact with the ground with something called a “tether” that will connect you electrically to the earth’s natural electric field while reading, watching a movie, or sleeping.  Sort of like a leash that grounds you to the earth’s circuitry.    

Ask yourself, when was the last time you enjoyed the feeling of the green grass, or sand in between your toes?  Been awhile I’m sure.
